Welcome to the Fox Run on Lake Gaston home page. Fox Run is a residential subdivision, located in Bracey, Virginia on the Virginia-North Carolina border along the beautiful Lake Gaston. This sub-division expands approximately four miles and is located on beautiful wooded and lake front properties.
This website is maintained by the Fox Run Homeowner’s Association and is a service to the families who live here or expect to live here soon.
Our Fox Run subdivision Board of Directors meets on a quarterly basis. All homeowners in the Fox Run Subdivision are welcome to attend BOD meetings. Meeting dates for the 2026 fiscal year are September 10, 2025, November 12 – 2025, March 4 – 2026, May 13 – 2026, July 22 – 2026 and Annual Member meeting August 8, 2026 (9am). The meetings (except Annual Meeting)are all scheduled to be at the Bracey Fire Station, starting at 5:30 pm. Please go in through the back door.
A draft of our 2025 annual meeting minutes has been posted to our web page under the INFORMATION tab, (minutes & documents). The minutes are considered a draft until they are approved.
Information on the newly opened BRACEY CONVENANCE CENTER. Mecklenburg attendants are aware that this is a vacation destination and that all vehicles entering will not be from Mecklenburg County. Guests may be asked to tell or show the address where they are renting. [see flyer on LINKS page]

The cost of the professionally printed book is $75, payable to Fox Run Association. Pursuant to Section 55.1-2310 of the Resale Disclosure Act in the Code of Virginia. Payment for the Resale Certificate must accompany request for the book. To request a Resale Certificate, please write to the Secretary at FoxRunLakeGaston@gmail.com.
